Inventory Management – How to Restock Your Best-Selling Products
This article explains how to manage your inventory in Wefulfil and restock your best-selling products directly from the Dashboard.
You will learn how to:
- View your best-selling SKUs and stock levels
- Let the system calculate recommended restock quantities
- Create restock orders
- Track the status of your restock requests
You can insert screenshots into each step to guide your team and clients visually.
1. View Your Best-Selling Inventory
- Log in to your Wefulfil Dashboard.
- On the main Dashboard, you can see an overview of: Your top-selling SKUs Current stock levels Sales from the past 28 days
This helps you quickly identify which products are moving fast and may need restocking soon. Wefulfil
2. Use “Recommended Stock Quantity”
To avoid stock-outs and over-stocking, Wefulfil provides a built-in Recommended Stock Quantity tool.
- In the Dashboard, locate your best-selling product list.
- Click “Recommended Stock Quantity” for the SKUs you want to restock. Wefulfil
The system will calculate a suggested restock quantity based on:
- Your average daily sales in the last 28 days
- Your product’s production or purchasing lead time
- The number of stock days you want to prepare for
- Minus your current available inventory in Wefulfil warehouse Wefulfil
This gives you a data-driven restock suggestion instead of guessing.
3. Create a Restock Order
Once you are happy with the suggested quantity, you can directly create a restock order.
- Click Create Restock Order.
- Enter or adjust the quantity for each variant you want to restock.
- Click Calculate Total to review: Total units Total estimated cost
- Submit the restock order and complete payment for the request.
After submission:
- Your AM / purchasing team will proceed with ordering from your factory or supplier
- Once stock is ready, it will be sent to the Wefulfil warehouse and processed via the standard inbound flow
4. Track Your Restock Requests
You can monitor the progress of each restock order inside your Dashboard.
- Go to Restock Order Requests.
- Here you can: View the status of each restock request Download invoices Get the Shipping Mark for your factory Check if the stock has been received and shelved in the warehouse
Typical statuses may include:
- Pending – Request created, waiting for processing
- In Progress – Purchasing or production in progress
- Shipped to Warehouse – On the way to Wefulfil
- Received – Stock arrived at warehouse
- Completed – Fully inbounded and ready for fulfillment
5. Best Practices for Inventory Management
To keep your best-selling products always available and cashflow under control:
- Review your Dashboard best-seller list weekly
- Use Recommended Stock Quantity instead of gut feeling
- Align your restock lead time with your factory or supplier
- Avoid overstocking slow SKUs — focus on proven winners
- If you’re planning a big promotion, tell your AM in advance so we can help you plan inventory
