Bill & Payment – Invoice Management

Wefulfil provides a complete invoicing system to help you easily track, download, and manage all costs related to your orders and wallet top-ups.

All invoices can be found inside your Wefulfil Dashboard under:

Invoice Zone → Wallet Top Up / Orders Invoice / Pre-Orders Invoice

This section explains how each invoice works and how to download the correct financial documents for your accounting needs.

1. Where to Find Your Invoices

1. Log in to your Wefulfil Dashboard

2. On the left sidebar, go to Invoice Zone

3. You will see three sections: Wallet Top Up Optional Wallet Top Up Orders Invoice Pre-Orders Invoice

2. Wallet Top-Up Invoice

If you use Wallet Pay and top up your balance regularly, your wallet deposits will generate a Wallet Invoice.

This invoice shows:

• Top-up date

• Transfer amount

• Payment channel

• Wallet reference

• Approval status

• GST (if applicable)

Use this invoice for:

• Finance team reconciliation

• Tracking monthly wallet deposits

• Cross-checking auto-payment flows

3. Orders Invoice (Order List Invoice)

If you need an invoice for all orders fulfilled by Wefulfil, the Orders Invoice section is the best tool.

Orders Invoice includes:

• Order creation date

• Shopify order number

• SKU and variants

• Cost (exclusive GST)

• GST

• Payment method (Wallet / PayPal / Credit Card)

• Store name

• Fulfillment warehouse

• Tracking link

This provides full visibility into all your Wefulfil spending.

3.1 Filter Your Order Invoices

You can filter your invoices using:

Date Range

• Today

• Yesterday

• Last 7 days

• Last 30 days

• This month

• Last month

• Custom date range

Store Selector

If you run multiple stores under one Wefulfil account, you can filter invoices per store for clean accounting.

This is especially helpful for:

• Agencies

• Multi-brand portfolios

• Global DTC sellers

• AU + US + UK multi-store operators

3.2 Downloading Your Invoice

Wefulfil supports two export formats:

• PDF (recommended for finance, auditing, record keeping)

• Excel / CSV (recommended for bulk reconciliation or importing into bookkeeping tools)

You can export:

• Only the invoices on the current page

• Or the entire date range you selected

4. Pre-Order Invoices

Any pre-order placed before stock reaches the warehouse will also generate a Pre-Order Invoice, shown under the same Orders Invoice section.

This includes:

• Pre-order costs

• Cost breakdown per SKU

• GST

• Payment method

• Warehouse assignment

• Invoice number

This helps you manage spending on products before inbounding is completed.
