Bill & Payment – Payment Methods

Wefulfil currently supports two payment methods for order fulfillment and service fees:

  1. Manual Payment (Credit Card / PayPal)
  1. Wallet Pay (Prepaid balance with auto-payment option)

You can choose the method that best fits your order volume and finance workflow.

1. Manual Payment (Credit Card / PayPal)

You can pay for your orders manually inside the Wefulfil Dashboard.

Where to pay

  1. Log into your Wefulfil Dashboard
  1. Go to the Orders page
  1. Select the orders you want to pay
  1. Choose Credit Card or PayPal as your payment method
  1. Confirm and complete payment

You can pay:

  • Single orders
  • Multiple orders (bulk payment)

Bulk Payment Rules

To keep the payment process safe and stable:

  • Bulk payment supports up to 50 orders at a time
  • If you have more than 50 unpaid orders, please pay them in several batches

Third-Party Payment Fees

When you pay via:

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal

Please note:

  • These are third-party payment providers
  • Transaction fees may apply according to their own policies
  • The fee is charged by the payment provider, not by Wefulfil

If you process a high volume of small orders, these transaction fees can add up over time.

For frequent payments, we recommend considering Wallet Pay (see below).

2. Wallet Pay (Wefulfil Wallet)

For brands with regular order volume, Wefulfil provides a dedicated Wallet for each account.

Your Wallet works as a prepaid balance:

  • You top up funds into your Wefulfil Wallet
  • The system uses this balance to automatically pay your orders (if auto-payment is enabled)

2.1 Benefits of Wallet Pay

Using Wallet Pay has two key advantages:

✅ 1) Fully Automated Order Payment

If you enable Auto Payment for your Wallet:

  • New orders that meet your fulfillment rules will be automatically paid
  • You no longer need to log in every day to manually pay orders
  • Tracking numbers will be auto-synced back to your store once shipped
  • This reduces delays and keeps your fulfillment flow smooth

✅ 2) No Transaction Fees on Wallet Payments

When you pay using your Wallet balance:

  • No third-party transaction fees apply
  • For high-volume sellers, this can save a significant amount compared to paying order-by-order via credit card or PayPal

2.2 How to Top Up Your Wallet (TOP UP Request)

To add funds to your Wefulfil Wallet:

  1. Go to the Wallet page in your Wefulfil Dashboard
  1. Click Top Up / Add Balance
  1. Submit a TOP UP Request, including: Sender name / company Transfer amount Currency Bank or payment channel used
  1. Complete the transfer according to the payment instructions
  1. Once our finance team identifies your payment, they will approve and apply the balance to your Wallet

🔔 Important: If you do not submit a TOP UP Request, our finance team may not be able to quickly match your transfer to your account. This can cause delays in crediting your Wallet, which may affect order processing.

2.3 Multiple Wallets for Multiple Stores

If you operate multiple Shopify stores and want to:

  • Separate financial reporting
  • Assign different budgets per store
  • Track costs per brand or market

You can request multiple Wallets, each linked to a specific store.

This helps with:

  • Clear cost allocation
  • Easier accounting
  • Better financial control across different brands or regions

Please contact your AM if you need additional Wallets configured.

3. Which Payment Method Should I Use?
