Wefulfil provides standard packaging for all fulfillment orders, and the cost of these materials is already included in your shipping rate.

This ensures consistent quality, reliable protection, and a smooth fulfillment workflow without extra fees—unless special packaging is requested.

This section explains what is included in our Standard Package and when additional costs may apply.

1. What Is Included in Wefulfil Standard Packaging?

All Wefulfil orders include free standard packaging, which is automatically selected based on the product type and shipping requirements.

Our standard packaging options include:

1.1 Bubble Mailers

Used for:

  • Electronics
  • Small accessories
  • Fragile items
  • High-risk items that require shock absorption

Bubble mailers offer protective cushioning during international transit.

1.2 Poly Mailers (Non-Bubble)

Used primarily for:

  • Clothing
  • Soft goods
  • Apparel items
  • Fabric-based products

Poly mailers reduce weight and shipping cost while providing adequate protection for non-fragile items.

1.3 Standard Shipping Boxes

Used for:

  • Larger products
  • Multi-unit orders
  • Products requiring structural protection
  • Items not suitable for mailers

These boxes are designed to withstand long-distance international shipping.

2. How Wefulfil Chooses the Packaging Type

Wefulfil’s system automatically selects the appropriate packaging based on:

  • Product category
  • Product fragility
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Destination requirements
  • Fulfillment warehouse rules

This ensures:

  • Stability during shipping
  • Compliance with postal standards
  • Efficient picking and packing
  • Cost-effective fulfillment for your business

You do not need to configure or select packaging manually—our system handles it automatically.

3. Special Packaging Requests

We understand that some brands may require packaging beyond our standard materials.

If you have a specific packaging preference, you are welcome to request it.

Common examples include:

  • Switching from bubble mailer → box
  • Upgrading poly mailer → box
  • Adding extra protection
  • Unique product packaging needs

Important:

If your custom packaging costs more than the standard packaging type, the difference will be added to your fulfillment fee.

Example:

If your product normally uses a bubble mailer (included), but you request a box, an additional box cost will be added.

4. Why We Charge for Special Packaging

Special packaging requires:
