This page explains how Wefulfil storage fees work, including:

• When storage is free
• When storage fees apply
• How billing dates work
• How the “50 orders/day free storage” rule is calculated
• Storage prices in AUD (Australia) and USD (Global)

1. Free Storage for New Inventory

✅ First 60 Days Are Free

From the date your first batch of inventory is fully received and completed in the Wefulfil system:

• You receive 60 days of free storage
• No storage fees are charged during this period

The system uses “Request Complete Time” as the official inventory arrival date.

2. Monthly Billing Schedule (Very Important)

📅 Fixed Billing Date

• Storage fees are calculated and billed on the 1st day of every month
• Each billing date calculates storage fees for the previous month

There is no mid-month billing.

3. First Billing Timing Rule (20-Day Rule)

For the first billing cycle after free storage ends, the system applies a timing check.

On the first billing date:

• If the time between

  Free storage end date → Billing date (1st of the month)

  is 20 days or more

  → One full month of storage is charged

• If the time is less than 20 days

  → No charge in that billing cycle

  → Billing starts from the next month

Examples

• Free storage ends May 8 → Billing date June 1

  → Gap ≥ 20 days → Charged

• Free storage ends May 15 → Billing date June 1

  → Gap < 20 days → Not charged in June

4. Free Storage for High-Volume Users

(50 Orders/Day Rule — How It Really Works)

This rule is not real-time.

It is calculated only on the billing date.

🔍 How the System Checks Eligibility

On each billing date (1st of the month), the system checks:

Your average daily order volume over the most recent 30 days

• If the average is 50 orders/day or higher

  → Storage fees for the previous month are fully waived

• If the average is below 50 orders/day

  → Standard storage fees apply for that month

🔄 Recalculated Every Month

• The check is performed again on the next billing date
• Free storage eligibility is re-evaluated every month
• Results do not affect past months

📌 Example Timeline

Billing Date: June 1

• System checks average daily orders from May 2 to May 31
• Result:
  • ≥ 50 orders/day → May storage fee = free
  • < 50 orders/day → May storage fee is charged

Billing Date: July 1

• System checks a new 30-day period
• Storage fee for June is calculated independently

• Eligibility is decided only on the billing date
• Free storage is not permanent and can change month by month

5. How Product Size Is Defined

Storage fees are based on product volume, not pallet size or weight.

Product size is calculated automatically by the system.

6. Storage Pricing (Per Unit, Per Month)

Storage fees are charged per unit, based on size and account currency.

Your account type determines whether AUD or USD pricing applies.

7. How Storage Fees Are Calculated

The formula is simple:

Available Inventory × Monthly Unit Price

Only available inventory is counted.

Inventory already committed to orders is excluded.

You can view your estimated monthly storage fee in My Private Inventory before billing.

8. Payment Method

On the billing date (1st of the month), you can pay using:

• Wefulfil Wallet
• PayPal
• Credit Card (Stripe)

Please complete payment on time to avoid order processing delays.
